Return Policy
Wholesale Returns
As a wholesale supplier, all sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for unsold stock, incorrect ordering, or change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive faulty or damaged items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Style code(s)
- Clear images of the issue
Approved claims will be resolved through replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
Unauthorised Returns
Any unauthorised returns will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
